Update on Heatwave

Last November we held an event attempting to draw an entire graphic novel in one month. We didn’t quite make that goal, but we did get a lot of great material for Heatwave, and it was wonderful to spend time with readers and work towards completing this big goal for Rinexii.

Since then it has been a long slow slog of coloring each panel, which takes infinitely longer than sketching them ever did. It may be some time before Heatwave is fully available on our blog, but we want you to know the project isn’t forgotten and hasn’t disappeared.

You can check out our progress in the “Novel Info” which now has a gallery with the entire completed content in it. While it’s just a couple panels at this point, as each panel is completed we’ll add it until the entire novel is done.
